This Primitivo is crafted from carefully selected grapes grown in low-yield vineyards, harvested late to enhance the concentration of aromas and sugars, giving the wine a rich structure and an intense personality.

In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, with prominent notes of ripe red fruits, plum jam, black cherry in spirit, and delicate hints of sweet spices, cocoa, and vanilla — the result of aging in wood.

On the palate, it is smooth, warm, and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish that echoes the fruity and spicy sensations perceived on the nose.

Perfect when paired with red meats, game, aged cheeses, or enjoyed as a meditation wine.
