Tasting notes: From selected Chardonnay grapes, fermented at controlled temperature and refined in barrique. Straw-yellow colour with golden reflections,
fragrant floral bouquet with hints of vanilla. Dry and delightfully fresh taste, persistent. Ideal as an aperitif, white meats, excellent with seafood dishes, especially shellfish, sea urchins and oysters.
